• STC – 18: $1.50 per square foot, per month rental / no Pro-rating.
• STC – 25: $3.00 per square foot, per month rental / no Pro-rating.
• Discount available for long term rentals / rent to own options.

 

 

Purchase Rates

 
• STC – 18: $11.00 per square foot, Color options available. (As of August 1, 2011)
• STC – 25: $15.00 per square foot (As of August 1, 2011)

Hourly Rates

• Effective until December 31, 2002.
• Engineering Analysis: $175.00 per hour.
• Consulting Services: $75.00 per hour. (Subject to revision thereafter)
