Pipe and Base

SPL Services’ pipe and base frame system is designed for freestanding 8’ or 10’ high applications which can be run in any configuration. The 1/2” steel bases are 120 lbs with 2” steel pipe for vertical and horizontal supports. The frame system is weighted with concrete or Aqua K-rail for wind load concerns.

Scaffolding

SPL Services’ scaffold frame system is 3’ or 5’ wide with height options of 10’ to 20’ high. The scaffolding frame has a 60mph wind load certification and can be configured in a straight sound wall or designed enclosure per client specifications. A larger foot print on the site is required to use this type of frame system. The system is weighted with K-rail for wind load concerns.

Truss System

The SPL Services’ truss frame system is state of the art, in a 30” box truss structures which is motor controlled unit. The horizontal truss header is connected at each truss tower with a 2-ton chain motor and control cabling. The truss system is totally adjustable for heights ranging from 10’ to 24’ maximum and up to 40’ wide to meet specification requirements. The complete unit can be raised or lowered to ground level in a matter of minutes for fast setup or position relocation.

The truss system requires a 3-phase portable power supply which is provided by SPL Services Inc. The entire truss frame system is weighted with concrete and/or aqua K-rail for wind load concerns.
